Welcome to the 2022 International Webinar Series on Smart Healthcare Science and Technology. This time, we will have a speech from the General Director of National Health Insurance Administration(NHIA), Ministry of Health and Welfare, Taiwan, Dr. Po-Chang Lee.  

He will give us a speech and lecture on the topic of “Empowering telemedicine solution during COVID-19 pandemic”. 

As far as we know, with good strategy and strong policy, Taiwan copes with the Covid-19 pandemic. An excellent opportunity to learn from our keynote speaker, Dr Po-Chang Lee, the key person of the Taiwan National Health Insurance Administration.
