Academic visit │ Strengthening Ties: KMITL and NCKU Discuss Future Program Enhancement
On August 12, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Pimkhuan Hannanta-anan, Head of the M.Eng. Curriculum, and Dr. Jeerawan Thanarak from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) visited the Department of Biomedical Engineering at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU).
During the visit, the KMITL delegation joined Professor Han-Sheng Chuang, Chair of Biomedical Engineering at NCKU, for lunch. They were accompanied by KMITL students who are currently undertaking their summer internships at NCKU, creating an opportunity for direct dialogue between faculty and students.
Through the students’ firsthand reflections on their experiences, both institutions were able to discuss potential refinements to the joint program. The exchange highlighted the importance of continuous feedback and collaboration in strengthening academic partnerships and enhancing future student learning opportunities.
