This international conference will unite three esteemed universities from across the globe and four renowned programs specializing in biomedical engineering and regulatory science. Together, they converge at Mahidol University, solidifying its position as the forefront of digital health product innovation in Thailand.

Objectives
1. Collaborate with Mahidol and USC Regulatory Science Programs as well as the Mahidol Biomedical Engineering Program.
2. Cultivate interactions among regulatory agencies, the industry, and regulatory affairs within Thailand and beyond.
3. Promote international cooperation and collaboration in the development of medical devices and the convergence of regulatory standards.

In response to the global aging population and the increasing prevalence of chronic diseases, governments worldwide are paying close attention to the healthcare market and its demands. The global medical device market is also experiencing rapid growth, becoming an industry with high added value and a significant impact on people's livelihoods.

To address these challenges and opportunities, the National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) Medical Device Innovation Center, Mahidol University Faculty of Pharmacy in Thailand, and the University of Southern California - APEC Asia-Pacific Regulatory Science Excellence Training Center are jointly organizing the "Digital Health Product Development and Regulatory Science Forum" (DHP2024) in Bangkok.

The forum will focus on the development and regulatory frameworks for digital health devices. It is expected to become an important platform for international regulators, industry leaders, and academic researchers to gather and discuss these critical issues. The forum will also have a significant impact on international medical device regulatory policies.
