Job description

1. Maintain existing customer relationships and monitor order delivery progress.
2. Develop new products for existing customers, conduct price quotations and sample delivery.
3. Ensure timely payment and follow-up for customer payments.
4. Liaise and coordinate with head office and subsidiaries regarding product manufacturing and shipping matters.
5. Provide quotations and updates for new customer requests.
6. Handle customer complaints according to workflow, providing timely responses and ensuring satisfactory resolution.
7. Assist with cross-departmental document translation.
8. Assist with cross-regional customer-related work.
9. Team leadership, talent training and mentorship, and cross-departmental assistance.
