Job Description:
1. Process arrangement of mass production for new product.
2. SAP routing maintenance and standard time creation.
3. Process improvement and analysis.
4. Production capacity improvement and production cost reduction.
5. SOP creation, training for shop floor.
6. Creating SOP and work standard.
7. IE tools improvement and introduction.
8. Measuring and improving Line Balance, and producing flow chart.
9. Evaluating the production capacity, manpower, and equipment needs of each model.

Skills & Expertise:
Application and introduction of automation equipment;Seven IE methods

Others:
This vacancy will arrange a training plan, and those who pass the training will be posted overseas (such as Thailand/India, etc.) according to the needs of the unit.
